Reduce, re-use and recycle

Go Green Plus is designed to provide useful information to implement environmental initiatives and help save money. A Greening Business Adviser had visited our business to review our energy and waste management, and worked with us to draw up an action plan and help implement agreed green policies.

• A review of our premises, including our energy and waste management.
• An action plan designed to help us Go Green and save money on water, transport, our utilities and green procurement.
• Help with developing an environmental policy.
• Information and advice on local suppliers and recycling resources.
• Referrals to other organisations helping us connect with green suppliers.
• Providing advice on UK and international green marks including ISO14001, Carbon Trust and the new energy efficiency standard (BS EN 16001).

After our assessment Premier achieved an ENVIBE Bronze award and in doing so demonstrated the company’s commitment to the environment.
